Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
GroveDeck, LLC operates grovedeck.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name, work email address, company name, and any message you include when you contact us through this site. We don’t collect payment information on this site. We don’t require you to create an account.
We also collect standard server log data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is routine infrastructure logging, not behavioral profiling.
If you opt into email communications from us, we retain your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and, if you’ve asked, to send you information about our services. We don’t sell your data for money. We do run advertising through Google Ads, which uses cookies that send limited information about your visit, such as your IP address and your activity on this site, to Google. Under some US state privacy laws, including California’s, that use can count as “sharing” for cross-context advertising. You can opt out at any time through the Opt-out preferences link, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate this site, such as hosting, email delivery, contact-form processing (Web3Forms), and analytics and advertising providers including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), under agreements that restrict how they can use it. We require those providers to keep your information confidential.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of GroveDeck, our clients, or others.
Cookies
This site uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site to function. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising. Non-essential cookies load only after you accept them through our consent banner, and you can change or withdraw consent at any time. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Data retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as it’s reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records. If we enter into a services agreement with your organization, we retain the relevant contact information for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period afterward.
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. We’ll do so unless we’re required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, or object to how we’re using it. Residents of the UK and EU have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@grovedeck.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use standard technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you believe there’s a security issue involving your data, contact us at hello@grovedeck.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on this site.
